Lanka’s commitment to various initiatives, including accreditation of learning and training partners, training programmes, and supplier
management processes, highlighting the structured approach and ongoing monitoring mechanisms.
Initiative Description
Learning Partner h CA Sri Lanka recognizes learning partners through a structured accreditation process. Partners undergo
Accreditation Process stringent ongoing monitoring of quality standards and can be graded as Platinum, Gold, or Silver Partners.
Train-the-Trainer h CA Sri Lanka initiated a special train-the-trainer programme to support Sinhala and Tamil medium lecturers
Programme in transitioning to the English medium. This programme aims to enhance the capabilities of lecturers to
deliver content effectively in English, thereby improving the quality of education delivery.
Training Partners h In 2023 the approved training partners emblem was launched to increase visibility of the approved training
recognition partners who provides the professional experience for CA students.
h CA Sri Lanka has recognised 297 firms in the public practice sector and 665 organisations in the non-
public practice sector, which includes 53 new organisations approved in 2023 as approved training
partners after a thorough evaluation process.
h CA Sri Lanka facilitates opportunities for mutual growth among strategic partners and strengthens their
bond by maintaining regular communication, providing timely and constructive feedback for the partners
in relation to the skill development of aspiring Chartered Accountants.
h Training partners awards ceremony is held as a recognition for their commitment.
Supplier On-boarding h CA Sri Lanka follows a structured approach to on-board suppliers into the supplier registry. All registered
Process suppliers undergo vetting and approval by the Finance and Administration Committee, aligning with CA Sri
Lanka's procurement guidelines. Further, an annual review of existing suppliers are conducted to ensure
their continued adherence to guidelines and quality standards.
