3.4 Impairment of property, plant and equipment
The Management has assessed the potential impairment loss of property, plant and equipment as at 31 December 2022. Based on the assessment,
no impairment provision is required to be made in the financial statements as at the reporting date in respect of property, plant and equipment.

3.5 Property, plant and equipment pledged as security
There were no items of property, plant and equipment pledged as securities for liabilities as at the reporting date.
