Instructions to Applicants for BSc. (Applied Accounting) General/Special Degree Programme- 2014
Any individual who satisfy the specified entry requirements, is entitled to register for the BSc. (Applied Accounting) General/Special Degree 2014 until August 20th 2014.
Please read the following instructions before completing the application
- Application form should be filled in English by using BLOCK CAPITAL LETTERS.
- Full name must be given as appearing in the Birth Certificate.
- You should indicate your examination results accurately and clearly.
- All applicants must apply on-line and the copy of the on-line application must be printed.
- Place your signature and insert the date at the appropriate place in the printed on-line application form.
- The signature of the applicant should be attested by any one of the following persons:
Grama Niladhari of the Division, School Principal, Justice of Peace, Commissioner of Oaths, Attorney at Law, Notary Public, Commissioned Officer of the armed forces, Staff Officer of Govt./ Corporation, the Chief Incumbent of a Buddhist Vihara or a religious Dignitary of standing of any other religion.
- If you pay on-line, print the paid slip and send along with the application.
- If pay manually, print all four copies of the vouchers appear in the website in order to pay the application fee of Rs. 1250/= to any branch of Bank of Ceylon.
- Printed copy of the on-line application along with the payment vouchers and photocopies of A/L certificate must be posted in registered post or handed over to the below mentioned address on or before 20th August 2014
- Those who do not have Original A/L certificate should attach a printed copy of results taken from the Department of Examination website.
- The application fee Rs 1250/= will not be refunded if the applicant does not possess the required entry requirements.
- Please write “Application for the BSc. (Applied Accounting) General/Special Degree” in the top left corner of the envelope.
- Late applications will not be entertained.
