A top delegation from BDO International including its Chief Executive Officer Mr. Martin van Roekel, and CEO - Asia Pacific Mr. Stephen Darley visited the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (CA Sri Lanka) recently.
Mr. Roekel and Mr. Darley was welcomed by CA Sri Lanka President Mr. Lasantha Wickremasinghe, Vice President Mr. Jagath Perera and CEO Mr. Aruna Alwis.
During their visit, the delegation from both BDO International and CA Sri Lanka discussed a range of matters of mutual interest, including developments in relation to the accounting profession, and CA Sri Lanka’s role of continuing to help enhance the country’s financial landscape by incorporating international standards and other regulations in a timely manner.
Mr. Roekel and Mr. Darley was accompanied by Mr. Sujeewa Rajapakse, Managing Partner-BDO Partners and Past President of CA Sri Lanka, Mr. Nishan Fernando.
