The workshop on ‘Insights into Enterprise Resource Planning Implementation’ organized recently by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (CA Sri Lanka), saw an impressive gathering of professionals representing both private and public sectors in the country.
Mr. Mafaz Ishaq, Director of Calamander Capital, Singapore, provided an insightful presentation to the audience on “Insights into Implementing an ERP for your business,” where he gave a detailed introduction to ERP, Evaluation and selection of an ERP and the Implementation of an ERP.
In yet another detailed presentation, Mr. Poorna Bandara, General Manager/ Director Consulting Services South Asia of IFS, spoke on “Rapid ERP Implementation”. His presentation was followed by a case study on “Post Implementation Review of Enterprise Resource Planning,” which was presented by Ms. Oshani de Silva, Associate Director, PricewaterhouseCoopers.
The day’s programme concluded with a panel discussion featuring Mr. Dileep Raj S. Gopal, Client Services Senior, Advisory Consultant of Tectura, Mr. Poorna Bandara, General Manager/ Director Consulting Services South Asia of IFS, Mr. Mafaz Ishaq, Director of Calamander Capital, Singapore and Ms. Oshani de Silva, Associate Director, PricewaterhouseCoopers. The session was moderated by Ms. Sujatha Nadesan, Director/Chief Operating Officer of Finetech Consultancy (Private) Ltd and CEO of T.T. Services (Lanka) Private LTD.
