AUDIT MANAGER
Competencies/skills
- Be an Associate member of the CA Sri Lanka/ACCA.
- 2 years post qualified experience in carrying out audits preferably in a Firm of Chartered Accountants.
- Ability to manage a portfolio of clients.
- Capacity to guide and manage a team of subordinates.
- Should be able to work with minimal guidance and supervision.
- Good communication and writing skills together with strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Should possess a high level of personal integrity and professional ethics.
- Should have the capacity to develop good working relationships with all partners and to motivate and inspire team members.
- Should possess excellent project & people management skills.
MANAGER –TECHNICAL & TRAINING
Competencies/skills
- Be an Associate member of the CA Sri Lanka/ACCA.
- Passion in conducting training sessions/lectures.
- Highly skilled in practical application of Sri Lanka Accounting & Auditing Standards.
- Previous experience on conducting training to subordinates or conducting lectures at universities/other educational institutions.
- Should be able to work with minimal guidance and supervision.
- Good communication and writing skills together with strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Should possess a high level of personal integrity and professional ethics.
- Should have the capacity to develop good working relationships with all partners and to motivate and inspire team members.
- Should possess excellent project & people management skills.
